? <br />Resolution No. 2006-176 <br />SECTION 1: That this Council requests the State of Ohio and/or the City of <br />Cleveland, pursuant to the applicable provisions of Chapter 3745 of the Ohio <br />Administrative Code, provide the City of North Olmsted, through its Mayor and Clerk of <br />Council, with notice in writing of all actions, hearings, public meetings, and complaints <br />received regarding permits, odor or paint booths at Suburban Collision Center, 26618 <br />Brookpark Road Extension, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070. <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council is directed to transmit a fully signed and <br />attested copy of this Resolution to the Director of the State of Ohio Environmental <br />Agency (Ohio EPA), to the City of Cleveland Department of Public Health, Attn: <br />Commissioner of the Division of Air Quality, and to such other officials or employees of <br />the Ohio EPA and the Cleveland Division of Air Quality as may be necessary in order to <br />effectuate the intent of this Resolution. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and <br />welfare, and for the reason that it is necessary that this resolution go into effect <br />immediately so that notice of actions, hearings, public meetings and complaints received <br />regarding the paint booths at Suburban Collision Center may be received by the City in a <br />timely fashion, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />A <br /> <br />BARBARA L.
