<br />Ordinance No. 2006 - 164
<br />WHEREAS, this Council, upon the recommendation, review and analysis of the Director
<br />of Planning, the City Zoning Code Committee, and the City Master Plan, finds that rezoning
<br />Permanent Parcel Numbers 233-06-001, 233-06-002, 233-06-003, 233-06-004, 233-06-005, 233-
<br />06-006, 233-06-007, 233-06-008, 233-06-019, 233-06-021, 233-07-002, 233-07-003, 233-07-
<br />009, 233-07-025, 233-07-028, 234-05-004, and 234-06-006, located in the Barton-Bradley Roads
<br />area, from, as appropriate, limited industry, mixed use, multiple family and single family use,
<br />some of which are split-zoned, to the new residential office district use will further, and bears a
<br />substantial relation to, the public health, safety, and welfare, and that said rezoning will promote
<br />orderly development of good transitional limited office uses as well as single family residence
<br />uses on these parcels of land that are compatible with the residential character of and uses upon
<br />surrounding parcels of land in the area, and will generally well serve the interests of the North
<br />Olmsted community by encouraging a development of uses needed within the community and at
<br />the same time providing the owners of said parcels of land with a reasonable return on their land
<br />investment; and
<br />WHEREAS, on the day of 200 4, by formal motion, the
<br />Planning and Design Commission recommended the adoption of this amendment to the Zone
<br />Map; and
<br />WHEREAS, following publication of newspaper notice and notice to the record title
<br />holders of real property located within one thousand (1,000) feet of the property proposed to be
<br />rezoned, a public hearing was held, in conformance with the provisions,p f Sectio 14 of Article
<br />IV of the Charter and Section 1127.03 of the Zoning Code, on the day of ,
<br />200 G ;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO:
<br />SECTION 1: That the Zone Map of North Olmsted is hereby amended, and, as amended,
<br />shall depict and state that the zoning of the following described parcel of land located within the
<br />City, to-wit: Permanent Parcel Numbers 233-06-001, 233-06-002, 233-06-003, 233-06-004, 233-
<br />06-005, 233-06-006, 233-06-007, 233-06-008, 233-06-019, 233-06-021, 233-07-002, 233-07-
<br />003, 233-07-009, 233-07-025, 233-07-028, 234-05-004, and 234-06-006, located in the vicinity
<br />of Barton and Bradley Roads, is changed from, as appropriate, limited industry, mixed use,
<br />multiple family, and one family residence district use, some of which are split-zoned uses, to
<br />residential office district use. A true and accurate index of the said parcels, as well as a map
<br />depicting the location of the parcels, are attached to this Ordinance as, respectively, Exhibits "A"
<br />and "B."
