Front yards. The front yard setback shall be not less than the required <br />front yard setback for any adjacent use district. <br />B. Side and rear yards. The yards for each public facility building and use <br />shall be not less than the criteria set forth in the following schedule when <br />adjacent to any residential district: <br />Buildings and Uses Minimum Side and <br /> Rear Yards (feet) <br />Government: administrative buildin s 50 <br />Civic: nonassembly buildings 50 <br />assembly buildin s 75 <br />Educational: public, private and <br />75 <br />parochial schools <br />Welfare: general hospitals, 100 <br />special hospitals, 200 <br />homes for children and aged, 50 <br />nursing homes and day care centers 50 <br />Recreational buildings and active 100 <br />recreation <br />C. Open uses. Driveways and parking areas serving the public facility may <br />be located within the side or rear yard set forth in the above schedule, but <br />driveways shall be located not less than ten feet and parking areas not less <br />than twenty feet from any adj acent lot line. <br />(3) Height regulations. Public and semipublic buildings may be erected to a height <br />not exceeding the width of the side or rear yard where adjoining One and Two <br />Family Residence Districts or to a height not exceeding one and one-half times <br />the width of a side or rear yard where adjoining other districts. <br />(4) Chimneys, spires, cupolas, domes, towers, flag poles, water tanks, radio or <br />television antennae, monuments and other mechanical appurtenances located <br />upon or constituted as an integral part of a main building shall not exceed a height <br />of twice the width of the side or rear yard but not more than 100 feet above the <br />finished grade. <br />(5) Lighting. Flood lighting or other lighting of playfields, buildings, bulletin boards <br />and parking areas shall be located and designed so as to shield the light source <br />from adjoining residences, and, except for general lighting, shall be extinguished <br />between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. of the following day. <br />TpTTempoFar-y str-l?etur-CS.
