<br />Resolution No. 2006-158 <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and <br />welfare, and further for the reason that it is necessary that this Resolution go into effect <br />immediately because the fall season is imminent and the City is no longer able, without <br />risk of financial loss, to provide concession services needed by patrons at the Recreation <br />Complex and the City parks, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />? 02 First Reading: /s- 4,6 <br />?
