, <br />between <br />BOARD OF CUYAHOGA COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />and <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />for <br />TRANSFER OF EQUIPMENT PURCHASED BY THE COUNTY FUNDED BY <br />FY 2004 <br />URBAN AREA SECURITY INITIATIVE GRANT PROGRAM <br />THIS AGREEMENT entered into this day of , 2006, by and between <br />the BOARD OF CUYAHOGA COUNTY COMMISSIONERS on behalf of Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio (the "COUNTY') a political subdivision of the State of Ohio, located at <br />County Administration Building, 1219 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Oh 44113, and the CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED (hereinafter called the "CITY") a municipality and a political <br />subdivision of the State of Ohio, located at 5200 Dover Center Road North Olmsted, Ohio <br />44070. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 045070 duly adopted on December 21, 2004 <br />by the Board of Cuyahoga County Commissioners, the County approved a grant for the FY <br />2004 Urban Area Security Initiative (hereinafter called the "FY 04 UASI"); and <br />WHEREAS the purpose of this agreement is to coordinate and identify activities, <br />procurement and services utilizing grant funds received by the COiINTY as they pertain to the <br />CITY under the FY04 UASI; and <br />WHEREAS FY04 UASI and grant funds ("grant funds") were awarded to the <br />County, for the County, and on behalf of the municipalities and other permissible agencies in <br />Cuyahoga County, the following documents consisting of Attachments I and II and Exhibit A <br />are incorporated herein as part of this agreement: <br />• FY 04 Urban Area Security Initiative Grant Award and Guidance Package <br />(Attachment I) <br />0 FY 04 Urban Area Security Initiative Program Spending Plan (Attachment II)
