? _ ..._._ <br />?., <br />. ? <br />' . ?.,. <br />_ .?... <br />GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />The City of North Olmsted desires proposals for the purchases of certain equipment for use by <br />the Springvale Golf Course. <br />Equipment shall be all new and shall be complete and ready for use. <br />Each bidder shall attach pictures and complete descriptive matter to the proposal. <br />Bids must be submitted on forms furnished by The City of North Olmsted. Each bidder shall <br />completely fill out all the attached forms for the units which are proposed to be furnished as it <br />will be considered a part of this proposal, and will be given consideration in arriving at the <br />award. <br />No bidder shall withdraw its bid prices for a period of sixty (60) days. <br />Prices shall be quoted, delivered and ready for operation to The City of North Olmsted <br />Springvale Golf Course. <br />Failure to deliver equipment within the bidders specified delivery date shall be cause to charge <br />the bidder for any damage incurred by the City of North Olmsted. <br />One (1) copy of Service Manual and Parts manual shall be included with the unit. <br />All manufacturers' warranties shall apply and shall be listed within the bid package. All <br />paperwork pertaining to the warranties shall be included with the unit. <br />The bidder shall apply all equipment specified in each item bid, complete. Delay of failure to <br />deliver the equipment in the time specified due to others shall be the sole responsibility of the <br />bidder and shall not exempt the bidder from any damages. <br />The City of North Olmsted reserves the right to add to the contract any optional attachment(s) <br />that the City may desire. <br />6
