Insurance agents and brokers. <br />iii. Real estate sales and associated services. <br />(3) Studios for artists, designers, writers, photographers, sculptors or musicians. <br />(4) Similar uses as determined by the Planning and Design Commission and <br />approved by City Council. <br />1142.03 ACCESSORY USES. <br />In a Residential Office District, the following accessory uses and buildings are permitted <br />provided that no accessory building may be erected prior to the construction of a permitted <br />building: <br />(a) Residential accessory uses permitted in 1135.02(c) through (i). <br />(b) Parking lots which are accessory to public, semi-public or office uses. <br />(c) Storage buildings accessory to public, semi-public or office uses. <br />1142.04 CONDITIONAL USES. <br />In a Residential Office District, land may be used and buildings or structures may be designed, <br />built, altered or used for the following conditional uses, if a conditional use permit is issued in <br />accordance with the provisions of this chapter and Chapter 1118: <br />(a) Bed and breakfast establishments. <br />(b) Primary and secondary public, private or parochial schools. <br />(c) Hospitals, health centers, nursing homes, and group homes. <br />(d) Day care facilities. <br />(e) Places of worship, libraries, museums, places for public assembly, memorials, <br />monuments, cemeteries, fraternal organizations and clubs. <br />( fl Public utility facilities and structures. <br />(h) More than one permitted main building on a lot. <br />(i) Public, semi-public or office uses within a major subdivision. <br />1142.05 AREA REGULATIONS. <br />In a Residential Office District, buildings shall be designed, erected, altered, moved or <br />maintained, in whole or in part, only in accordance with the following schedule and regulations: <br /> Single-Family Dwelling Two-Family Dwelling All Other Uses <br />Minimum Lot Size 13,200 square feet 14,700 square feet 40,000 square feet <br />Minimum Lot Width 80 feet 80 feet 100 feet <br />Minimum Front Yard 50 feet 50 feet 50 feet <br />Minimum Side Yard 10 feet 10 feet 25 feet - building <br />2
