Ordinance No. 2006 - 126 <br />substantially in the form of the May 8, 2006 proposal from UDC to the City of North <br />Olmsted, marked as Exhibit "A" and attached hereto, with only such changes, including <br />but not limited to utilization of the City's standard professional services contract form, as <br />are not substantially adverse to the City and which are approved by the Director of Law. <br />The character of any such changes as not being substantially adverse to the City shall be <br />evidenced conclusively by the execution of the agreement by the Mayor and the approval <br />of the agreement by the Director of Law. <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and <br />welfare, and for the further reason that it is necessary that this legislation be effective <br />immediately so that this critical design plan and redevelopment strategy may be <br />completed prior to the beginning of construction of Crocker-Stearns in the Spring of <br />2007; and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by <br />the Mayor. <br />PASSED: *!?.c. 02 0 a Da 6 <br />First Reading: 4 /? /?& y <br />Second Reading: 6 L..) o d? <br />Third Reading.• . <br />Committee: <br />ATTEST: <br />01 • <br />BARBARA L.
