CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED Request for Proposals Audiovisual Consultant/Engineering Services The City of North Olmsted invites your proposal to provide audiovisual consulting/engineering services for the update of City Council Chambers and Council's Caucus Room. The City is currently renovating the front entrance area including the second floor conference room of City Hall. Along with these infrastructure improvements, the City intends to make technological improvements, in the form of a new audiovisual system for its public meeting spaces. We are seeking proposals from interested audiovisual consultants who can advise us on the engineering and design of these facilities. The resulting detailed design plans will then be bid out to interested installers. The following pages provide the instructions for preparing and submitting a proposal as well as the proposal evaluation procedures and criteria to be used in the selection of the consultant for the project. 1. INSTRUCTIONS To be eligible for consideration, the proposing firm(s) must be capable of providing the services as set forth herein and must also be able to meet all other criteria outline in this request for proposal. 2. PROJECT COORDINATION/INQUIRIES Kimberly Wenger, Director of Planning, will be the overall project coordinator for this project. SUBMITTAL DATE AND LOCATION Four (4) copies of all proposals must be received by the City of North Olmsted at the above referenced address by 12:00 p.m., on June _, 2006. Late proposals will not be accepted, and any proposal so received shall be returned to the proposing firm unopened. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked "PROPOSAL - CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED AUDIOVISUAL CONSULTANT."
