4 <br />1. INSTRUCTIONS <br />Thomas E. O'Grady, Mayor of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio is soliciting written proposals <br />from qualified labor negotiators, to provide professional services to the City of North Olmsted <br />during the period 2006-2007 for collective bargaining with the City's seven (7) bargaining units. <br />To be eligible for consideration, the proposing person must be qualified, experienced and <br />capable of serving as the City's labor negotiator, and must also be able to meet all other criteria <br />outline in this request for proposal. <br />2. PROJECT COORDINATION/INQUIRIES <br />Cheryl Farver, Director of Human Resources, will be the overall project coordinator far this <br />project. All inquiries relating to this request shall be addressed to: <br />Cheryl Farver, Directar of Human Resources <br />City of North Olmsted <br />5200 Dover Center Road <br />North Olmsted, OH 44070 <br />(440) 716-4171 <br />3. SUBMITTAL DATE AND LOCATION <br />Written Proposals must be received by the City of North Olmsted Human Resources Department <br />at the above referenced address by 5:00 p.m., on , 2006. <br />4. CONSIDERATION OF PROPOSALS <br />A. Any proposals submitted to the City are to be prepared at the Proposer's expense. <br />B. Any assumptions made by the Proposer in preparing the proposal must be listed <br />separately and attached to the proposal in writing. <br />C. The City does not obligate itself to accept any proposal. <br />D. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and will have no liability <br />whatsoever to any Proposer whose proposal is not accepted. <br />E. Acceptance of a proposal will not constitute an agreement between the Proposer and <br />the City. Any proposal will not be binding on the City unless and until an Agreement <br />covering all conditions and provisions of the Labor Negotiator professional services <br />has been reduced to writing, executed by both the successful Proposer and the City, <br />and has attached to it the appropriate fiscal officer certificate. <br />2
