That the assessment of the cQst and expense of improving Gessner Road, #`rcm Lo;rain ;Road to Walter Road, bg.the ccanstructiom 4f a water main, amounts in the aggre,gate ta 1,27,200.00, as reported to this Council by the Gity Engineer, natice of the filing of which a$sessment has been given, as req,uir$d by 1aw, be qnd the same is hereby adapted aad canfirmed and that there be and is hereby 3.evied upan all of the lots and land bounding and abutting upon Gesiner Raad, frcm Lorain R4ad to Walter Raad, the several amounts reported as afcsresaid, which assessments, ta?gether with the descriptisns of said lQt? and lands; are new on file in the office of the Clark of this Cnuncil, and which assessments are at the rate of 0.6701 pex front foot and $re not 3.n excess of the special be?efits tQ said property.
