2. <br />that particular run. <br />When a driver has been out of service due to sickness or <br />leave of absence and returns to the service, he shall have the right <br />to return to his run originally picked or to pick a run in aceordance <br />with seniority, <br />4. There shall be no change in the mrorking conditions or <br />rate of pay in force at the time this ordinance is passed without sixty <br />days' notice to the employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />Section 5. VACATIONS: A11 regular employees with one year <br />of continuous service shall be granted one week's vacation with pay at <br />the hourly rate of eight hours per day; and all regular employees with <br />? two or mpre years of continuous service shall be granted two weekst vaca- <br />tion each year with pay at the hourly rate of eight hours per day. No <br />vacation wage will be paid to employees who are discharged or who resign <br />prior to the vacation period they have picked. <br />In addition to the vacation provided for herein, the follow- <br />ing days shall be holidays with pay to all regular employees with one <br />or mre years of continuous service, to wit: New Year's Day, MemArial <br />Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. <br />Section 6.
