,t r ' ,4 ~ LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PARCEL "A" PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF A PORTION OF OLMSTED TOWNSHIP TO THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED Situated in the Township of Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being all of Original Olmsted Township Tract No. 4, and parts of Original Olmsted Township Tract Nos. 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7 further bounded and described as follows: Beginning in the centerline of Sprague Road, at the Southwest corner of Original Olmsted Township Tract No. 3, said corner being also the Southwest corner of Township No. 6, Range XV of the Connecticut Western Reserve, the Southwest corner of Cuyahoga County, and the principal place of beginning of this lands herein described: Course # 1 Thence Northerly along the Westerly line of Original Olmsted Township Tract Nos. 3, 4 and 5 a distance of about 13,230 feet to the Southwest corner of Original Olmsted Tract No. 6 and the Southwest corner of the present corporate limits of the City of North Olmsted; Course # 2 Thence Easterly along the Southerly line of said Tract No. 6 and said Southerly Corporate Limits a distance of about 6200 feet to the Southwest corner of lands as annexed to the City of North Olmsted as recorded December 16, 1966 in Book 4, Page 569 of Village Incorporation and Annexation Records of Cuyahoga County Ohio; Course # 3 Thence Northerly along the Easterly line of lands so annexed a distance of 1017.27 feet to an angle point therein; Course # 4 Thence Easterly along a Southerly line of lands so annexed and along the Southerly line of Bretton Ridge Subdivision No. 4 as shown by plat recorded in Volume 195, Page 36 of Cuyahoga County Map Records a distance of 839.72 feet to a point in the centerline of Stearns Road; Course # 5 Thence Northerly along the centerline of Stearns Road and the Easterly Corporate Line of the City or North Olmsted a distance of 1058.98 feet to the Southerly line of Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 10 in Tract No. 6; Course # 6 Thence Easterly along the Southerly line of Lot No. 10 and Lot No. 16 in Tract No. 6 and along a Southerly Corporation line of the City of North Olmsted, a distance of about 3600 feet to the Southeast corner of Original Lot No. 16, Tract 6; Course # 7 Thence Northerly along the Easterly line of Lot No. 16 as aforesaid and along an Easterly Corporate Line of the City of North Olmsted a distance of 2719.20 feet to the Southwest corner of Original Lot No. 19, Tract 6; Course # 8 Thence Easterly along the Southerly lines of Lot Nos. 19, 24 and 27 Tract 6, and along a Southerly corporate line of the City of North Olmsted, a distance of about 7927 feet to the Southeast corner thereof; Course # 9 Thence Northerly along the Easterly Corporate Line of the City of North Olmsted, being the Westerly line of Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 32, Tract 6, a distance of about 2000 feet to the Northwest corner thereof; Course # 10 Thence Easterly along the Northerly line of said Lot No. 32, Tract No. 6 and along the Corporate Line of North Olmsted a distance of about 671 feet to the centerline of the west branch of the Rocky River; Course # 11 Thence Southeriy along the centerline of the west branch of Rocky River, said line being an irregular line, about 6400 feet to the Northerly line of Original Olmsted Township 'Tract No. 7, and the Westerly Line of lands annexed to the Village of Olmsted Falls by proceedings recorded in book 3 Page 270 of Village Incorporation and Annexations of Cuyahoga County, Ohio;
