That this Ordinance is hereby declazed to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, property, health, safety and <br />welfare, and for the further reason that the Ordinance is required to be presented to the Boazd <br />of Elections of Cuyahoga County at least seventy-five (75) days before the next primary election <br />to permit a vote by the electors of Olmsted Township. Therefore, provided this Ordinance <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be <br />in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor; otherwise, from and after the <br />eazliest period allowed by law. <br />Approved as to legal form <br />~~Q~? <br />Michael R.
