07=Dec-1994 <br />D R A F T T H R E E <br />scheduling along any route, without the written approval of the Authority; <br />.3 Add or expand any route or increase service or scheduling along any <br />route; <br />.4 Increase or decrease the level or nature of fares or charges on any <br />route; <br />.S Cancel, terminate, alter or otherwise change the terms and <br />conditions, including cost, of any transfers or system of transfers or <br />interconnections between different modes of transportation; <br />.6 Cancel, terminate, alter, or otherwise change .the terms, conditions <br />or manner by which it collects and disposes of fares or charges. <br />6.3 .The Authority may amend the scheduled service to .be provided by the City <br />in accordance with the Service Policy established from time to time by the <br />Authority. A copy of the the Authority's most recent service policy is <br />attached as Schedule 3. It is recognized that the Authority may alter, change <br />or amend the service policy at any time in its sole discretion and direct the <br />City to make service adjustments in accordance with ~ revised Service Policy. <br />6.4 The City may submit written comments and recommendations regarding the <br />service provided under this agreement. The Authority shall consider such <br />comments and recommendations; however, any changes proposed by such written <br />comments and recommendations shall be within the sole discretion of the <br />Authority. The Authority shall provide an initial written response to the City <br />within fourteen (14) business days of receipt by the Authority of the City's <br />written comments. <br />6.5 Notwithstanding the requirements of the Service Policy, the City <br />unilaterally may modify the level of service only in the event of an emergency <br />-8- <br />
