' 07=Dec-1994 <br />D R A F T- T H R E E <br />which requires a detour or an adjustment in routing or scheduling under <br />circumstances where there is no opportunity for the Parties to confer. The <br />Authority shall specify steps to be taken by City to notify patrons of the <br />change to routing and/or scheduling necessitated by such emergency adjustments, <br />and/or modifications to the emergency adjustments made by City. Increases or <br />deceases in compensation arising from such adjustments shall equal actual <br />increases or decreases in the number of vehicle route miles or hours expended <br />by City. <br />7. OPERATING PERFORMANCE REPORTS <br />7 1 The City shall provide the Authority with statistical operating and <br />performance data in a format developed by the Authority for inclusion in the <br />Quarterly Management Report to be submitted to the Authority's Board of <br />Trustees These reports-shall be submitted in accordance with procedures <br />established by the Authority. A co py of the Operating Performance Report <br /> <br />presently utilized by the Authority is attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br />as Schedule 4. <br />7 2 The City shall provide other reports, forms or statements as the <br />Authority may reasonably from time to time request. <br />8. FARES <br />8.1 The Authority shall set the fare rates to be charged to passengers for <br />the contracted transit service provided under this Agreement. The present. fare <br />schedule is set forth in Schedule 5 of this Agreement. Such fare rates may be <br />revised from time to time by resolution of the Authority's Board of Trustees <br />and at ,such levels as the Board may determine to be in the best interest of the <br />Authority.
