The Authority shall comply with all applicable rules and <br />regulations of FTA regarding any change in fares. The Authority may from time <br />to time establish promotional fare programs for marketing purposes and shall <br />inform the City at least ten (10) days before such promotional fare becomes <br />effective. <br />8.2 All fare box revenues collected by the City ,are the property of the <br />Authority and the City shall have no right or interest therein. The City <br />agrees to permit the Authority to install locking magazines in all fare boxes <br />installed in buses which are. used to provide contracted services, and to allow <br />the representatives of the Authority to unlock and collect and retain as its <br />own. all moneys contained therein at such times and places as the Authority <br />shall designate. The City agrees to permit representatives of the Authority to <br />probe the registering fare boxes at anytime for ridership and revenue <br />information. <br />8.3 The City agrees to fully comply with the Authority's system for <br />interchangeable tickets, passes, and transfers, or any other coordinated or <br />uniform method or system of collection of fares or charges which may be <br />implemented by the Authority during the contract period. <br />8.4 The City agrees that it will fully comply with the terms and conditions <br />of ~ special fare and marketing programs that may. be instituted by the <br />Authority. <br />8 5 The Authority shall provide NOMBL a weekly summary of revenue and <br />ridership. <br />9. COST REIHBIIRSEHENT <br />9.1 In consideration of the public transit services. provided by the City <br />-10- <br />
