07-Dec-1994 <br />D R A F T T H R E E <br />13.5 The Authority shall provide the City with copies of all bulletins, <br />notices, rules and regulations that the Authority receives from FTA; however, <br />failure of the Authority to provide such notices, rules or regulations does not <br />relieve the City of any obligation to comply. <br />14. RECORDS, ADDITS AND INSPECTION <br />14.1 The City shall keep full and complete books of account, including <br />supporting documentation reflecting all of its transit operations, including <br />without limitation, the contracted service required hereunder. These records <br />shall be kept on a consistent basis form one period to another. The City shall <br />submit reports reasonably required by the Authority in accordance with <br />procedures established by the Authority. <br />14.2 The Authority, or any designee of the Authority, may copy and perform, at <br />any time, one or more audits of all records pertaining to the contracted <br />service, including all checks, payrolls, invoices, contracts, agreements, <br />vouchers, orders, collection and disposition of fares, correspondence, <br />worksheets, accounting, documents, books, records, and accounts of the City and <br />its contractors. Such records may also include computer sensible media in the <br />form of magnetic tapes and disks, as well as punch cards when used to produce <br />said books, records and accounts. <br />14.3 The City agrees to preserve all such records for at least five (5) years <br />after the expiration of this Agreement. Prior to disposing of any records <br />described herein, the .City shall notify the Authority of its intent to dispose <br />of such .records, and the Authority may require the City to make such records <br />available to the Authority. <br />14 4 The Authority agrees that it shall make available to the City on request <br />-16- <br />
