<br />07 sec-1994 D R A F T T H R E E <br />will be made available at reasonable times and places of inspection by any <br />authorized representative of the Authority and will be submitted to the <br />Authority upon request together with any other compliance information which <br />such representative may require. <br />18.10 Prior to disposal of such records and documents, the City shall notify <br />the Authority of its intent to dispose of such records and the Authority may <br />require the City to make such records available to the Authority. <br />19. LICENSES AND PERHITS <br />19.1 The City shall obtain any and all permits, licenses, certificates, <br />entitlements or approvals which are or may be required by any federal, state, <br />municipal or other governmental body of competent jurisdiction that may be <br />necessary for the performance of the contracted service. <br />20. FORCE HA.TEIIRE <br />20.1 The City shall not be charged, nor shall Authority demand from City <br />damages because of failure to provide the services required by this Agreement <br />due to unforeseeable causes beyond the control and without the fault or <br />negligence of City. Such causes or excusable delay may include acts of public <br />enemy, fires, floods, snow storms, epidemic, quarantine, restrictions, strikes, <br />freight embargoes, public road closures, but in every case the delay is <br />excusable only for so long as, and to the extent that, the excusable delay <br />continues. <br />20.2 The City shall be entitled to no compensation for any service, the <br />performance of which is excused pursuant to this section. Adjustment to the <br />reimbursements made to the City shall be made in accordance with provisions <br />contained herein to reflect adjustments in .the cost of service as a result of <br />-23- <br />
