Furthermore, any such agreement for the acquisition of the City's transit facilities shall include the same labor protections to the transit personnel employed by the City as were afforded to the transit personnel of other municipally owned transit systems acquired by GCRTA. No City transit operator or other transit employee shall be caused to lose seniority status as a result of the transfer to GCRTA. 23.6 The parties hereto acknowledge that the original Operating Agreement entered into in 1975 contemplated that the Authorit may eventuall assume operation, ownership, and control of the City's scheduled bus service In consideration of that stipulation, it is hereb agreed that in the event this agreement is terminated b the Authority pursuant to Section 23 2, the Authority shall acquire the City's transit facilities upon the same terms and conditions the Authority acquired the publicly owned transit systems operated by other municipalities in Cu ahoga County The City's bus garage located at 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio, shall not be included within such agreement nor shall the Authority be required to assume any indebtedness incurred by the City arising out of its public transit operations The agreement for the acquisition of the City's transit facilities shall include the same labor protections to the transit personnel employed b the City as were afforded to the transit personnel of other municipall owned transit systems acquired by GCRTA.- No City transit operator or other transit employee shall be caused to lose seniority status as_ a result of the transfer to GCRTA and shall be afforded the rights, benefits, and privileges as set forth in Section 306.35(%) of the Ohio Revised Code. 23.7 Upon termination of this Agreement, the City shall relinquish to the -30-
