<br />for the operation of senior housing, skilled nursing, assisted living, and/or retirement <br />community developments. <br />SECTION X <br />;i <br />RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS <br />Purchaser acknowledges and agrees to accept title to both the O'Grady and Dancik <br />j <br />properties subject to a restrictive covenant for the benefit of the City of North Olmsted and <br />~i <br />;, <br />the owners of the properties which abut the O'Grady and Dancik properties.
