Dancik and Dorath M. Dancik for the purchase of the zeal Qroperty located at 30374 7.oxaxzt 12.oad, North Olmsted, Ohio, upon the tezms axtd coz~ditians as stated in the Contract which is attached hereto and made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A" . SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure . immediately necessary for ttte presezvatlon of the public health, safety and welfare and for the fuzther reason that it is necessary to authorize the Mayor to entez iztta the attached contract and to assign the City's interest in the purchase agreement fox the purchase of the property located at 303'74 Lorain Road so that the December 15, 1994, closing date fnr Ltiat transaction may be met, and provided it receives the a~ative vote of two-thirds of all members of Cotin~cil, it shall take e£>'ect and be iz~ force immediately upon its passage and approval by tk~e Mayor.
