t <br />1 <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />The Assignment of Seller's right, title and interest in the Purchase Agreement for the <br />Dancik property shall be in writing, signed by the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted, and <br />authorized by duly enacted Ordinance of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION V <br />APPORTIONMENTS AND ADJUSTMENTS <br />The following aze to be apportioned and adjusted as of the closing date: <br />A. Rents as, if, and when uncollected; <br />B. Water and Sewer charges; and <br />C. Real estate taxes. <br />SECTION VI <br />ESCROW AND CLOSING <br />An escrow shall be opened, pursuant to this Contract for the purchase of the O'Grady <br />j property, with a title insurance company selected by Buyer, within fifteen (15) days from the <br />'' date hereof. <br />The closing of title, including delivery of the deed, to the O'Grady property, with the <br />i necessary evidence of payment of the real estate transfer tax will take place at North Olmsted, <br />Ohio, on February 1, 1995, prior to the end of that business day, or at such other time and <br />place as may be agreed on by the parties.
