enrollment periods and regulations will be shared with the bargaining unit prior to making such <br />changes. <br />It is further agreed that if any bargaining unit employed by the City of North Olmsted, in <br />negotiations held subsequent to this Agreement and for the same time period covered under this <br />Agreement, negotiates to conclusion a lower percentage of employee contribution to the Health <br />Insurance Plan, that lower percentage shall apply to the units covered under this Agreement. <br />Said lower percentage shall commence under this Agreement at the time that it is agreed upon by <br />another unit, and shall continue for the remaining years covered under this Agreement. <br />12.8 The employer will secure a commercial insurance policy whereby any bargaining unit <br />member killed in the line of duty shall receive to his spouse or estate, a payment of $50,000. Such <br />payment will be made in accordance with the terms of the commercial plan. <br />ARTICLE 13 <br />CLOTHING ALLOWANCE <br />13.1 Effective January 1, 1995, all full-time bargaining unit members shall receive an <br />annual clothing allowance of One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty ($ 1,250.00) Dollars, payable <br />with the first regular pay check in January in a separate check, for the duration of this Agreement. <br />ARTICLE 14 <br />SICK LEAVE <br />14.1 Sick leave shall be accumulated in accordance with Section 161.01 of the Codified <br />Ordinance of the City of North Olmsted. <br />14.2 In the event that afull-time sworn employee of the North Olmsted Police <br />Department should be injured while in the line of duty due to a sudden and accidental occurrence, <br />(1g) <br />.~~ ~..~~~A _ ~, ,~__~-.~. <br />
