hereof shall be paid a minimum of two (2) hours when required to report for extra duty over and <br />above his regular work day and work week. Such an employee shall also be paid a minimum of <br />two (2) hours for appearance at the Rocky River Municipal Court and minimum of four hours for <br />appearance at the Grand Jury or Common Pleas Court when the same are required, and are also <br />at a time other than the employee's regular work tour. The compensation for the aforesaid hours <br />will be at time and one-half (1-1/2) . <br />6.3 Any time a bargaining unit member is required to temporarily take charge of a shill <br />command, such bargaining unit meml?er shall be paid a premium of one-half (1/2) additional hours <br />at a straight time rate for each four (4) hours he is required to be in command. <br />6.4 On January 15, April 15, July 15 and October 15 of each year, each member of the <br />Police Department shall be paid for all overtime hours accumulated in excess of eighty (80) hours <br />for the three (3) calendar month period immediately prior to the above dates of January 15, April <br />15, July 15, and October 15. Any payment as set forth above shall be paid at the rate of pay <br />applicable to each employee according to his Police Department classification, and payments shall <br />include longevity earned. <br />6.5. Any member of the Police Department being changed in rank shall be paid <br />immediately for all overtime he has accumulated to be paid at a rate when overtime was earned, <br />and he shall commence the tenure of his new rank with no overtime hours. Such pay shall be <br />based on the employee's classification prior to his promotion. <br />6.6. Each member, except the Chief of Police, shall receive an additional four (4) hours <br />(5) <br />
