1999 -Limited coverage shall be provided only if health care coverage is not available <br />through said Councilperson's non-city employer, or alternatively, if said <br />Councilperson is retired, and health care coverage is available as a benefit of <br />prior employment then through that source of coverage. <br />"Limited coverage" is defined for purposes of this Ordinance as, that available for single <br />employees of the City of North Olmsted, which coverage shall be afforded to said Councilperson <br />at Large as provided for herein. Nothing contained in this Ordinance shall prohibit any <br />Councilperson at Large from obtaining family coverage if that person pays the difference in <br />thereof as determined by the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall be in force from and after the earliest period <br />allowed by law. <br />A~PnPROVED AS TO LEGAL FORM <br />'r V I~ti~C~~t~..~ <br />MICHAEL R.
