NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That Section 915.04 of the Codified Ordinances of the City is hereby amended to read in full as follows: "915.04 User Charles (a) All premises within the corporation limits of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, shall pay a sewer user charge based upon the quantity of water used on the premises as shown by the records of the Division of Water of the City of Cleveland, unless specified otherwise in this Chapter. The user rates shall be broken down as follows: A portion will be established to cover the costs incurred for the operation, maintenance and replacement of the system. A second portion will be established to cover costs of debt reduction and capital improvements. All revenues shall be deposited in the Sewer Revenue Fund. (b) For the foregoing purposes, there is hereby levied and assessed upon each lot, parcel of land, building or premises inside the corporate limits of the City having any sewer connection with the sanitary sewerage system of the City, or otherwise discharging sewage, industrial wastes, water or other liquids, either directly or indirectly, into the sanitary sewerage system, industrial wastes, water or other liquids, either directly or indirectly, into the sanitary sewerage system, or which is accessible thereto, a user charge payable as hereafter provided and in an amount determinable as follows, effective with all bills rendered during the respective periods set forth herein: quarterly Metered Rates (Per 1.000 Cubic Feetl Column A Column B Column C Operation, Maintenance and Debt Period Replacement Service Total Nov. 1, 1994 thru Oct. 31, 1995 $18.40 $2.74 $21.14 Nov. 1, 1995 thru Oct. 31, 1996 $19.32 $6.94 $26.26 Nov. 1, 1996 thru Oct. 31, 1997 $20.29 $6.82 $27.11 Nov. 1, 1997 and after $21.30 $7.89 $29.19
