,.,, ~.~ <br />Quarterly Minimum Bill <br />Column A Column B Column C <br />Operation, <br />Maintenance and Debt <br />Period Replacement Service Total <br />Nov, 1, 1994 thru Oct. 31, 1995 $18.40 $2.74 $21.14 <br />Nov. 1, 1995 thru Oct. 31, 1996 $19.32 $6.94 $26.26 <br />Nov. 1, 1996 thru Oct. 31, 1997 $20.29 $6.82 $27.11 <br />Nov. 1, 1997 and after $21.30 $7.89 $29.19 <br />(c) As provided in Section 915.06, there shall be added to the charge determined in <br />Paragraph (b) any and all service charges imposed by the Division of Water of the City <br />of Cleveland for billing and collection of such charges on behalf of the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />(d) The user charges for users outside the City limits shall be determined (i) as to the City <br />of Fairview Park, in accordance with the terms of an Agreement between the City and <br />the City of Fairview Park (as successor to the Village of Parkview), dated as of April <br />3, 1962, as amended and supplemented from time to time, and (ii) as to Olmsted <br />Township, in accordance with the terms of an Agreement between the County of <br />Cuyahoga (the "County") and the City, dated as of April 15, 1965, as supplemented <br />from time to time; provided, however, that prior to placing into operation municipal <br />wastewater treatment facilities financed by United States Environmental Protection <br />Grant No. C391665-03 such agreements between the City and the City of Fairview <br />Park and the City and the County shall be amended consistent with prior <br />determinations and the provisions of 40 CFR Sections 35.935-13(c) and 35.929-2(g), <br />made applicable by conditions of the aforesaid Grant, as may be necessary to insure <br />conditions of the aforesaid Grant, as may be necessary to insure that each recipient of <br />wastewater treatment services provided by the City will pay its proportionate share of <br />the costs of operation, maintenance and replacement of the system and may be <br />otherwise amended to provide for payment of a portion of debt service charges <br />incurred by the City to pay costs of the system." <br />SECTION 2: For purposes of determining the industrial waste surcharges imposed by <br />Chapter 915 of the Codified Ordinances, the following unit rates of charge shall apply for <br />removal of excess biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) and suspended solids (TSS) effective <br />with all bills rendered during the periods indicated: <br />
