_~..,.,_~._,.~,_..V ~.w.,~ ...,.~A....~.~...,. e. <br />~} ~~M, <br />.~ <br />Thence, South 40 degrees- 52'-30" West 200.00 feet along the Southerly line of Permanent <br />Parcel No. 234-06-005 to a point; <br />Thence, North 49 degrees- 07'-30" West 105.30 feet to a point, said point being the Westerly <br />point of permanent Parcel No. 234-06-005; <br />Thence, North 47 degrees- 09'-30" East about 200 feet along the Northerly line of Permanent <br />Parcel No. 234-06-005 to a point in the Westerly line of Barton Road; <br />Thence, South 64 degrees- 34'-00" East about 5 feet along the Westerly line of Barton Road to <br />an angle deflecting to the right; <br />Thence, South 49 degrees- 07'30" East about 80 feet along the Westerly line of Barton Road to <br />the principal place of beginning, be the same, more or less, but subject to all legal highways. <br />SECTION 2: That the Director of Public Service be and is hereby authorized and <br />directed to advertise the sale of property described above and referred to as Permanent Pazcel <br />No. 234-06-005 for an amount not below a minimum of Thirty Thousand Dollars <br />($30,000.00) and that said advertisement shall provide for minimum terms of sale approved <br />by the Director of Law of the City of North Olmsted, and that upon receipt of the bids for <br />the sale of said property that the Boazd of Control awazd the bid to the highest and best <br />bidder and that the Mayor be and is hereby authorized to execute a deed on behalf of the <br />City, upon said approval. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declazed to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessazy for the preservation of the public health, safety, and welfaze and for <br />the further reason that it is immediately necessary to provide for the continuity of services <br />within the City and further provided that it receives an affirmative of vote of two thirds of all <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ) `~, / ~`l <br />ATTEST.• <br /> <br />`Barb Seman, <br />Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED ~ ~ 9 9~y <br />MAYOR ED B <br />~~ <br />James D.
