,. ~ a <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 94-114 <br />BY.• MAYOR BOYLE <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF <br />PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE <br />SALE OF SURPLUS CITY OWNED REAL ESTATE <br />LOCATED AT THE WEST TERMINUS OF BEAUMONT <br />DRIVE AND IDENTIFIED AS PERMANENT PARCEL <br />NUMBER 231-26-12 ON THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />AUDITORS RECORDS, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, this Council has determined that the municipal property at the west <br />terminus of Beaumont Drive is no longer needed for municipal purposes and as such is <br />surplus in nature; and <br />WHEREAS, a minimum bid price for said surplus property has been established <br />through the Council authorized services of a professional land appraiser; and <br />WHEREAS, Council now seeks to dispose of said property by advertising for bids for <br />the sale of said property to the highest and best bidder. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the following described real estate belonging to the City of North <br />Olmsted is not needed for municipal purposes, to wit: <br />Beginning at a stone in the centerline of Gesaner Road (60 feet wide), said atone being on the <br />Southeasterly corner of Original Dover Township Lot No. 29: <br />Thence South 89"17'25" West along the centerline of Gesaner Road a distance of 1321.54 feet to <br />an iron pin. <br />Thence North 0"06'40" East a distance of 463.16 feet to a point and the principal place of <br />beginning: <br />Thence continuing North 0"06'40" East a distance of 181.96 feet to a point: <br />Thence North 89"14'27" East a distance of 617.89 feet to a point: <br />Thence South 0"45'33" East a distance of 408.09 feet to a point: <br />Thence South 89"19'11" West a distance of 155.65 feet to a point: <br />Thence North 0"06'40" Eeat a distance of 225.57 feet to a point: <br />Thence South 89"17'25" Weat a distance of 468.43 feet to the principal place of beginning. <br />
