<br />SECTION 2: That the Director of Public Service be and is hereby authorized and <br />directed to advertise the sale of property known as permanent parcel number 231-26-12 at an <br />amount not below a minimum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) and that said <br />advertisement shall provide for minimum terms of sale approved by the Director of Law of <br />the City of North Olmsted, and that upon receipt of the bids for the sale of said property that <br />the Board of Control award the bid to the highest and best bidder and that the Mayor be and <br />is hereby authorized to execute a deed on behalf of the City, upon said approval. <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety, and welfare and for <br />the further reason that it is immediately necessary to provide for the continuity of services <br />within the City and further provided that it receives an affirmative of vote of two thirds of all <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~~~-~-« ~~ ~/ f <br />ATTEST.• <br />Barb Seman, <br />Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: C~ ~ ~9 f~ <br />MAYOR ED <br />~1. o--~vVVV~.c-/ <br />ames D.
