Flow
may be seasonally intermittent.
(zz) "Waters of the State" means all streams, lakes, ponds,
wetlands, watercourses, waterways, wells, springs,
irrigation systems, drainage systems, and all other
bodies or accumulations of water, surface and underground,
natural or artificial, regardless of the depth of the strata
in which underground water is located, which are situated
wholly or partly within, or border upon, this State, or
within its jurisdiction, except those private waters which
do not combine or effect a junction with natural surface or
underground waters.
927.04 STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AND EROSION AND EROSION AND
SEDIMENT CONTROL PLAN
(a) In order to control sediment pollution of the waters of the
City of North Olmsted or the State of Ohio, the owner or person
responsible for the development area shall be responsible for developing
a storm water management and erosion and sediment control plan.
Page - 10 -
