(f) Buildings fronting in major arterial, collector and local collector streets shall have <br />a setback of fifty feet. Buildings fronting on local streets shall have a setback of <br />thirty-five feet. Building setback shall be measured from the street right-of--way for <br />dedicated streets or from the neazest edge of pavement of private drives. <br />(g) Single family cluster dwellings shall be set back not less than thirty-five feet from <br />any adjacent single family side or rear lot line. The Planning Commission may, <br />however, vary such setback distance if it determines that the intent of this chapter will <br />be adequately met. The minimum distance between single family units and buildings <br />of attached units shall be ten feet. Not more than four single family cluster units may <br />be attached in any building group. <br />1138 .06 PARKING. <br />Pazking in any Senior Residence (SR) District shell be provided in accordance with the <br />following schedule: <br />Apartment One space per dwelling unit plus one <br />space for each employed. <br />Single family cluster <br />(attached and detached) Two spaces per unit with one enclosed. <br />The design and construction of off-street pazking azeas shall be determined by the City <br />Engineer. Additional guest off-street pazking may be rCrequired as determined by the Planning <br />Commission. <br />1138.07 DWELLING UNIT SIZE. <br />The minimum floor azea of dwelling units in any Senior Residence (SR) District shall be <br />as indicated in the following schedule: <br />Apartment <br />One bedroom unit <br />Two bedroom unit <br />Efficiency <br />One-family cluster <br />One story <br />Two story <br />Minimum Floor Area (,scluaze feet) <br />500 <br />650 <br />400 squaze feet minimum <br />1,100 <br />1,320 <br />
