CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 94-91 <br />Page 3 <br />SECTION 7: Vacation Entitlement <br />a. Full-time employees who have completed one full <br />year of employment are entitled to two weeks <br />vacation; and said vacation shall be taken <br />during the second year of employment. <br />b. Full-time employees who have completed two full <br />years of employment are entitled to two weeks <br />vacation; said vacation shall be taken during <br />the third year of employment. <br />c. Full-time employees who have completed three <br />full years of employment are entitled to two <br />weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken <br />during the fourth year of employment. <br />d. Full-time employees who have completed four <br />full years of employment are entitled to two <br />weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken <br />during the fifth year of employment. <br />e. Full-time employees who have completed five <br />full years of employment are entitled to three <br />weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken <br />during the sixth year of employment. <br />f. Full-time employees who have completed six <br />full years of employment are entitled to three <br />weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken <br />during the seventh year of employment. <br />g. Full-time employees who have completed seven <br />full years of employment are entitled to three <br />weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken <br />during the eighth year of employment. <br />h. Full-time employees who have completed eight <br />full years of employment are entitled to three <br />weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken <br />during the ninth year of employment. <br />i. Full-time employees who have completed nine <br />full years of employment are entitled to three <br />weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken <br />during the tenth year of employment. <br />j. Full-time employees who have completed ten full <br />years of employment are entitled to four weeks <br />vacation; said vacation shall be taken during <br />the eleventh year of employment. <br />
