CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 94-91 <br />Page 2 <br />All full-time salaried employees of the North Olmsted <br />Municipal Bus Line having completed five (5) years of full-time <br />continuous service as employees of said bus line or having been <br />transferred from some other department by administrative <br />appointment shall be paid an additional four percent (4%) of <br />their base annual salary until they have completed their tenth <br />(10th) year of continuous full-time service. After completing <br />the tenth (10th) year and prior to completion of their fifteenth <br />(15th) year of continuous full-time service they shall be paid <br />five percent (5%) of the base annual salary. After completion of <br />their fifteenth (15th) year of continuous service and prior to <br />completion of their twentieth (20th) year of continuous service <br />they shall be paid six percent (6%) of the base annual salary. <br />After completion of the twentieth (20th) year of continuous <br />service they shall be paid seven percent (7%) of the base annual <br />salary. These payments shall be longevity increments and shall be <br />paid and computed by the Finance Department of the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />In computing length of service for the purpose of making <br />payments of longevity increments as hereinabove set forth, no <br />credit shall be given for part-time service, but such limitation <br />is only for the purpose of computing longevity increments and the <br />exclusion for part-time service shall not deprive any employee of <br />any other benefits which may be due them for part-time service <br />employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />SECTION 5: Uniform allowance <br />A. Zone Supervisor - Annual allowance of $450.00 <br />B. Maintenance Manager and Assistant Maintenance <br />Manager - Maximum change of five (5) sets of <br />laundered work clothing each week and $100.00 <br />for safety work boots. <br />SECTION 6: Paid Holidays <br />1. New Years Day <br />2. Memorial Day (Observed) <br />3. Independence Day <br />4. Labor Day <br />5. Thanksgiving Day <br />b. Christmas Day <br />7. Employment Anniversary <br />8. Employee's Birthday <br />9. Floating Holiday <br />10. Floating Holiday <br />11. Easter (May be paid or <br />Date <br />off another day) <br />
