_,~. _,_ <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE lT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE C/TY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 7: That it is the desire of this Council and administration to <br />recommend that the State Capital Improvement Program be placed before the <br />electors of the State of Ohio for reauthorization. <br />SECTION 2: That all state, municipal officials, citizens and businesses in <br />Cuyahoga County support the reauthorization of the State Capital Improvement <br />Program. <br />SECT/ON 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward a <br />copy of this Resolution to Speaker of the House Vernal G. Rifle, Jr., <br />State Senator Gary Suhadolnik, State Representative Edward Kasputis, <br />Cuyahoga County Commissioners James Petro, Timothy Hagan and Mary <br />Boyle, Dave Wagner, Chairman of the Ohio Public Works Commission, W. <br />Laurence Ricking, director of the Ohio Public Works Commission, and Thomas J. <br />Neff, Chair of the District One Public Works Integrating Committee. <br />SECT/ON 4: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediate/y necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety <br />and we/fare and further provided it receives an affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~~ 9'~` <br />ATTEST: <br />L <br />Barbara L.
