.- <br /> <br />City of North Olmsted <br />Ordinance No. 94~i2 <br />Page Four <br />(6) <br />(~ <br />(8) <br />(9) <br />(10) <br />(11) <br />Present to the public the recreation program in an <br />organized effort to promote use of the Recreation Center <br />facilities; <br />Work with the City Finance Director to establish <br />bookkeeping and inventory systems so that the <br />Recreation Center financial records will be complete, <br />accurate and meaningful; <br />Prepaze the annual report of the Recreation Center; <br />Develop meaningful programs for the handicapped, both <br />mental and physical; <br />Constantly evaluate the success or failure of programs: <br />Approve the payment of all budgeted expenditures of the <br />Recreation Center and submit them to the Finance <br />Department; <br />(12) Establish a safety program for all equipment and <br />activities; and <br />(13) Provide maintenance necessary to keep all facilities and <br />equipment in good and safe working order. <br />(c) The compensation to be paid to the Pazks and Recreation <br />Commissioner shall be determined by Council. <br />SECTION 3: That Section 155.06, entitled "Directors and Assistant Directors," of <br />the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, which presently reads: <br />As established by the City Charter, Article V, Section 4, the Mayor <br />shall hire, subject to the approval of Council, full-time and part-time Parks and <br />Recreation directors and assistant directors, as may from time to time be <br />authorized by Council, to direct the Division of Pazks and Recreation and the <br />recreation programs established by the Commission, and for such other duties <br />as the Mayor or the Commission designates. The salaries of the Pazks and <br />Recreation directors and assistant directors shall be established by Council. <br />Shall be, and hereby is, amended, and as amended, shall read as follows: <br />As established by the City Charter, Article V, Section 4, the Mayor <br />shall hire, subject to the approval of Council, full-time and part-time Pazks and <br />
