.- City of North Olmsted Ordinance No. 94~i2 Page Four (6) (~ (8) (9) (10) (11) Present to the public the recreation program in an organized effort to promote use of the Recreation Center facilities; Work with the City Finance Director to establish bookkeeping and inventory systems so that the Recreation Center financial records will be complete, accurate and meaningful; Prepaze the annual report of the Recreation Center; Develop meaningful programs for the handicapped, both mental and physical; Constantly evaluate the success or failure of programs: Approve the payment of all budgeted expenditures of the Recreation Center and submit them to the Finance Department; (12) Establish a safety program for all equipment and activities; and (13) Provide maintenance necessary to keep all facilities and equipment in good and safe working order. (c) The compensation to be paid to the Pazks and Recreation Commissioner shall be determined by Council. SECTION 3: That Section 155.06, entitled "Directors and Assistant Directors," of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, which presently reads: As established by the City Charter, Article V, Section 4, the Mayor shall hire, subject to the approval of Council, full-time and part-time Parks and Recreation directors and assistant directors, as may from time to time be authorized by Council, to direct the Division of Pazks and Recreation and the recreation programs established by the Commission, and for such other duties as the Mayor or the Commission designates. The salaries of the Pazks and Recreation directors and assistant directors shall be established by Council.
