CITY OF NORTH OIMSTID <br />ORDINANCE NO. 94 - 59 <br />BY: COUNCILWOMAN JANET SARINGER <br />AN ORDINANCE TO A2~ID CHAP'ffit 905 ~'ITL•ID "DRIVEWAYS" OF <br />THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF TAE CITY OF NORTH OIMS'TED, OHIO <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio that: <br />SECTION 1: Chapter 905 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted, which now reads as follows: <br />"905.01 CONDOMINIUM COMPLEXES <br />(a) All driveways and service roads located on private property <br />within condominium complexes and which are either owned in common or are <br />prospectively to be owned in common by condominium owners shall be <br />constructed with a minimum of seven inches in thickness or reinforced <br />concrete pavement meeting with the following specifications: Class C <br />concrete, pour with four-inch slump, use membrane sealer for curing; <br />two-inch leveling course and fully compacted sub-base; steel reinforcing <br />mesh with fifty-eight pound steel per 100 square feet; concrete strength to <br />exceed 4,000 p.s.i. after twenty-eight days. <br />(b) All driveways and service roads provided for in subsection (a) <br />hereof are to be constructed with inspection provided by the City <br />Engineering Division. Prior to beginning work, a paving deposit shall be <br />made with the City Engineering Division. The amount of this deposit shall <br />be two dollars ($2.00) per linear foot of driveway and service road to be <br />installed. The cost of inspection shall be deducted from this deposit and <br />the balance shall be refunded upon satisfactory completion of the paving. <br />905.99 PENALTY <br />Whoever violates or fails to comply with any provision of this <br />chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be <br />deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance <br />occurs or continues." <br />BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED, AND AS AMENDED SHALL READ AS FOLLOWS: <br />
