<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North
<br />Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, that:
<br />Section 1. It is necessary to issue bonds of this City in the aggregate principal
<br />amount of $2,400,000 (the Bonds) for the purpose of improving the City's street system by:
<br />(i) grading, draining, curbing, reconstructing the pavement base, widening, preparing the surface
<br />and paving with concrete, reconstructing water mains, sidewalks and driveway aprons where
<br />necessary, constructing and reconstructing storm sewers where necessary, and installing
<br />above-ground wires and cables for street lighting in Maria Lane and Rosita Lane; (ii) grading,
<br />draining, curbing, reconstructing the pavement base, widening where necessary, preparing the
<br />surface and paving with concrete, reconstructing water mains, sidewalks and driveway aprons
<br />where necessary, constructing and reconstructing storm sewers and catch basins where
<br />necessary, and installing underground wires and cables for street lighting in Deerfield Drive,
<br />Dawn Drive, Dawn Circle, Chase Drive, Fawn Drive, Doe Drive, Antler Drive and Hunter
<br />Drive; (iii) reconstructing sections of the pavement base, preparing the surface and paving,
<br />installing underground wires and cables for street lighting, reconstructing storm sewers, curbs,
<br />sidewalks and driveway aprons and reconstructing and rehabilitating sanitary sewers and sanitary
<br />sewer connections, all where necessary in Brighton Drive, Surrey Drive, Christman Drive,
<br />Stafford Drive, Sommerset Drive, Hastings Drive, Sutton Drive, Cambridge Drive and Stewart
<br />Avenue; (iv) reconstructing sections of the pavement base, preparing the surface and paving,
<br />where necessary, Alden Drive, Allendale Drive, Amesbury Drive, Ashton Circle, Beaumont
<br />Drive, Bellevue Drive, Berkshire Drive, Bretton Ridge Drive, Carey Lane, Carla Lane,
<br />Cedarwood Lane, Chadbourne Drive, Clayton Drive, Clinton Drive, Croton Drive, Decker
<br />Road, Delmere Drive, Devon Drive, Dorchester Drive, Dorothy Drive, East Oxford Oval,
<br />Fairlawn Drive, Glouchester Drive, Hampton Drive, Hawkins Road, Huntington Drive, LeBern
<br />Drive, Midvale Avenue, Noreen Drive, Northern Avenue, North Oxford Oval, Paisley Drive,
<br />Pompton Drive, Revere Drive, Southern Avenue, South Oxford Oval, South Porter Road, Tudor
<br />Drive, Vincent Drive, Warrington Drive, Wellington Drive, Westminster Drive, West Oxford
<br />Oval, Willet Circle, and Willet Road; (v) grading, draining, curbing, reconstructing the
<br />pavement base, preparing the surface and paving with concrete, reconstructing water service
<br />connections, storm sewers, sidewalks and driveway aprons, reconstructing water mains where
<br />necessary, and constructing and reconstructing catch basins where necessary, in North Oxford
<br />Oval, South Oxford Oval, East Oxford Oval and West Oxford Oval; (vi) grading, draining,
<br />curbing, reconstructing the pavement base, preparing the surface and paving with concrete,
<br />reconstructing driveway aprons and catch basins, installing above-ground wires and cables for
<br />street lighting, reconstructing water mains, water service connections, sanitary sewers, sanitary
<br />sewer service connections, storm sewers and sidewalks where necessary, and constructing catch
<br />basins where necessary in Woodview Drive; (vii) grading, draining, curbing, reconstructing the
<br />pavement base, preparing the surface and paving with concrete, constructing storm sewers and
<br />catch basins, reconstructing sidewalks and driveway aprons, installing above-ground wires and
<br />cables for street lighting, and reconstructing water mains and water service connections where
<br />necessary in Frank Street; (viii) grading, draining, curbing, reconstructing the pavement base,
<br />preparing the surface and paving with concrete, rehabilitating sewer service connections,
<br />constructing sidewalks and driveway aprons, installing above-ground wires and cables for street
<br />
