BOYLE <br />AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE NECESSITY AND <br />INTENTION OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, <br />TO APPROPRIATE CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE <br />CITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF BUILDING A NEW SENIOR <br />CITIZENS CENTER. <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted intends to build a senior citizens center within <br />the City to be located on property currently listed as 30374 Lorain Road, North Olmsted, <br />Ohio 44070, Permanent Parce1233-8-15, in order to better provide for the health, safety and <br />welfare of the citizens of North Olmsted; and <br />WHEREAS, it is a public necessity to build the aforementioned senior citizens center <br />due to the fact that the City's senior citizen center needs have outgrown its current facilities; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, in order to build this senior citizen it will be necessary for the City of <br />North Olmsted to acquire fee simple title in the aforementioned land; and <br />WHEREAS, negotiations between the duly authorized representatives of the City and <br />the owners of the real property described in this resolution have failed to result in any <br />agreement for the purchase of the real estate for reasonable compensation acceptable to the <br />City and those property owners. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION 1: This Council deems it necessary and declares its intention to <br />appropriate for the purpose of building a new senior citizens center the fee simple interest in <br />and to the following premises: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio <br />and known as being part of Original Olmsted Township Lot 7, Tract 6, <br />bounded and described as follows: <br />
