l <br />~,~.,_.. <br />City of North Olmsted -Ordinance No. 94 - 21 <br />page 2 <br />Beginning on the center line of Lorain Road, 80 feet wide, as <br />shown by the dedication plat of Lorain Road Widening recorded <br />in Volume 130 of Maps, Page 240 of Cuyahoga County Records <br />at a point which is distant 348.40 feet Northeasterly measured <br />along said center line from its intersection with the centerline of <br />Barton Road, 60 feet wide, said place of beginning being also <br />the most Easterly corner of land conveyed to Thomas H. <br />Cowley and Chazlette Cowley by deed dated July 10, 1912 and <br />recorded in Volume 1410, Page 524 of Cuyahoga County <br />Records; thence Northeasterly along the center line of Lorain <br />Road 157.54 feet to the most Southerly corner of land conveyed <br />to Catherine D. Johnston by deed dated December 16, 1936 and <br />recorded in Volume 4694, page 203 of Cuyahoga County <br />Records; thence Northwesterly along the Southwesterly line of <br />land so conveyed to Catherine D. Johnston 763 feet to the <br />Southeasterly line of land conveyed to Fred H. 7uergens by deed <br />dated June 2, 1934 and recorded in Volume 4366, Page 516 of <br />Cuyahoga County Records; thence Southwesterly along the <br />Southeasterly line of land conveyed to Fred H. 7uergens to the <br />most Northerly corner of land conveyed to Thomas H. and <br />Chazlotte Cowley as aforesaid; thence Southeasterly along the <br />Northeasterly line of land so conveyed to Thomas H. and <br />Chazlotte Cowley 730.42 feet to the place of beginning, and <br />containing about 2-182/1000 acres of land, be the same more or <br />less, but subject to all legal highways. <br />SECTION 2: The Mayor of the City of North Olmsted is authorized and directed to <br />cause written notice of adoption of this ordinance to be given to each owner of the property <br />described in Section 1 of this ordinance and to each person in possession of that property and <br />to each person having an interest of record in that property, or to the authorized agents of <br />those persons. Notice shall be served by a person designated by the Mayor for that purpose, <br />and such notice shall be served and return made in the manner provided for in the service <br />and return of summons in civil actions. If any such owner, person or agent cannot be found, <br />notice shall be given by publication once a week for three consecutive weeks in a newspaper <br />of general circulation in the City. <br />SECTION 3: It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the adoption of this resolution were taken in an open meeting of <br />this Council and any of its committees that resulted in those formal actions were in meetings <br />open to the public, in compliance with the law. <br /> <br />
