~..M ..~. «.a...~,.~ ~.. _ .. _ ~ ~n~. ~~ ~ ~L~~.~... u NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: Section 1. That the Final Draft Plan is hereby approved in the form submitted to this legislative authority and presently on file with the Clerk of this legislative authority. Section 2. That the Clerk of this legislative authority is hereby authorized and directed to mail or otherwise deliver promptly a certified copy of this resolution to the Policy Committee. Section 3. That this Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were taken in an open meeting of this Council and that all deliberations of this Council and of any committees that resulted in those formal actions were in meetings open to the public in compliance with the law. Section 4. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that the immediate effectiveness of this ordinance is required in order to permit the early submission of the Final Draft Plan to the Director for final approval which is a prerequisite to the implementation of the Plan and provision thereby for the efficient and sanitary management of solid wastes in the District and this municipality, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. ;--1 !~ e.~ ~.
