Committee, except for coverage or benefits not available to non-bargaining unit <br />employees. <br />SECTION 2: That all non-bargaining unit employees participating in any of the <br />individual or family plans previously established by the Employee Health Care <br />Committee shall contribute a monthly amount toward the premiums for his or her <br />selected plan or plans equal to the amount for such plan or plans established by the <br />Employee Health Care Committee. Said monthly employee contributions shall be <br />withheld by payroll deduction not later than the first pay period of each month. <br />SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby ordered and directed to <br />make the necessary payroll deductions to accomplish the provisions of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 4: That all Ordinances or Resolutions, or parts of Ordinances or <br />Resolutions inconsistent or in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the <br />extent of any such inconsistency or conflict. <br />SECTION 5: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and <br />welfare, and for the further reason that it is necessary for this Ordinance to go into effect <br />immediately so that non-bargaining unit employees may fully participate in health care, <br />dental and vision coverage as set forth herein, and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~~t~ ~(/~ p'~, ~ (Z~ <br />ATTT ST: <br />MARIE GALLO <br />Clerk of Council <br />First Reading: q /( o <br />Second Reading: o <br />Third Reading.• <br />Committee~G/'/I /1rtil L~ <br />i __,__r -___-~ <br />,~ ~----~ <br />DUANE K LIMPERT <br />President of Council <br />APPROVED: 2 ~ o <br />'''" ~. <br />MAYOR KEVIN M.
