requests, hardware and software, of each department and division <br />in the City; provided, however, that he shall first consult with the <br />Director of Human Resources and obtain the Director's consent, <br />prior to approving or disapproving any such request; <br />(4) To insure that the electronic data processing equipment of each <br />department and division of the City is compatible with that being <br />used by the other departments and divisions within the City, and <br />that the purchases being made are consistent with the goal of <br />achieving coordinated and unified processing, sharing and <br />retention of records and information; <br />(5) To oversee and perform maintenance and repairs to the City's <br />computers and computer network system, including system <br />configuration, troubleshooting, security, resource monitoring, and <br />the development of specialized programs; and <br />(6) To perform such additional in-house duties relating to electronic <br />data processing within the City government as may be assigned by <br />the Director of Human Resources. <br />
