EXHIBIT ~ ~JL1J There is hereby established the position of Animal Warden. The Director of Public Service shall appoint and remove the Animal Warden. The Animal Warden shall have authority to enforce all of the provisions of Chapter 505 of the North Olmsted Codified Ordinances. As such, the Animal Warden is authorized to issue and serve notices of complaints to persons found violating any of the provisions of said Chapter 505. The Animal Warden shall perform such other duties consistent with this position as may be assigned by the Director of Public Service. 141.02 ENGINEERING DIVISION ESTABLISHED; DUTIES. There is hereby established a Division of Engineering within the Department of Public Service, which shall be headed by a City Engineer, who is a civil engineer registered as a professional engineer in the State of Ohio and whose duties shall be: (a) To give advice to Council, the Service Director, the Mayor, the Planning and Design Commission and other City administration officials on all problems pertaining to engineering, zoning, building, sewers, development and repair of property in the City, including, but not limited to, the streets therein; (b) To attend all Council and Planning and Design Commission meetings and, when requested, committee meetings and conferences, etc.; (c) To deliver to Council periodic reports, or reports as requested, on progress of improvements under his charge; (d) To prepare and update all City zoning and street maps; (e) To do any and all engineering work required by and for the City or its officials. 141.03 CONFLICT OF INTEREST. The City Engineer or any of his employees shall not engage in any engineering services for private developers who are developing areas in the City or any areas which abut the areas of the City or who have just completed developing areas in the City within a period of one year from the date such Engineer severs services with the City, unless such Engineer receives permission, in writing, from a committee composed of the Mayor, President of Council, the
