The secretary shall also provide such other services and perform such other duties consistent with the position as may be required by the Director. 141.04 ANIMAL WARDEN There is hereby created the position of Animal Warden. The Director of Public Service shall appoint and remove the Animal Warden. The Animal Warden shall have authority to enforce all of the provisions of Chapter 505 of the North Olmsted Codified Ordinances. As such, the Animal Warden is authorized to issue and serve notices of complaints to persons found violating any of the provisions of said Chapter 505. The Animal Warden shall perform such other duties consistent with this position as may be assigned by the Director of Public Service. 141.05 DIVISION OF PUBLIC WORKS There is hereby established with the Department of Public Service a Division of Public Works. The Division of Public Works shall be headed by, and there is hereby created, the position of Public Works Commissioner. The Public Works Commissioner shall be a full-time employee appointed by the Director of Public Service. (a) Duties. The Public Works Commissioner shall be in charge of public building maintenance, roads, forestry and storm response. He shall provide such other services and perform such other duties consistent with the position as may be required by the Director. (b) Employees. The staffing of the Division of Public Works is hereby established and is reflected in the organizational chart for the Department of Public Service contained in Section 141.99(b), which, as it pertains to this division only, is incorporated herein as if fully rewritten. The Mayor shall establish the compensation of all employees of the Division within the salary ranges established by City Council, to the extent that such compensation is not otherwise established by contract, or federal, state or local law. 141.06 DIVISION OF FLEET There is hereby established with the Department of Public Service a Division of Fleet. The Division of Fleet shall be headed by, and there is hereby created, the position of Fleet Manager. The Fleet Manager shall be a full-time employee appointed by the Director of Public Service. (a) Duties. The Fleet Manager shall be in charge of maintaining and repairing the motorized vehicles and equipment of the various departments and divisions of the city. He shall provide such other services and perform such other duties consistent with the position as may be required by the Director. (b) Employees. The staffing of the Division of Fleet is hereby established and is reflected in the organizational chart for the Department of Public Service contained in Section 141.99(c), which, as it pertains to this division only, is incorporated herein as if fully rewritten.
