The secretary shall also provide such other services and perform such other duties consistent <br />with the position as may be required by the Director. <br />141.04 ANIMAL WARDEN <br />There is hereby created the position of Animal Warden. The Director of Public Service <br />shall appoint and remove the Animal Warden. The Animal Warden shall have authority to <br />enforce all of the provisions of Chapter 505 of the North Olmsted Codified Ordinances. As such, <br />the Animal Warden is authorized to issue and serve notices of complaints to persons found <br />violating any of the provisions of said Chapter 505. The Animal Warden shall perform such <br />other duties consistent with this position as may be assigned by the Director of Public Service. <br />141.05 DIVISION OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />There is hereby established with the Department of Public Service a Division of Public <br />Works. The Division of Public Works shall be headed by, and there is hereby created, the <br />position of Public Works Commissioner. The Public Works Commissioner shall be a full-time <br />employee appointed by the Director of Public Service. <br />(a) Duties. The Public Works Commissioner shall be in charge of public building <br />maintenance, roads, forestry and storm response. He shall provide such other services and <br />perform such other duties consistent with the position as may be required by the Director. <br />(b) Employees. The staffing of the Division of Public Works is hereby established <br />and is reflected in the organizational chart for the Department of Public Service contained in <br />Section 141.99(b), which, as it pertains to this division only, is incorporated herein as if fully <br />rewritten. The Mayor shall establish the compensation of all employees of the Division within <br />the salary ranges established by City Council, to the extent that such compensation is not <br />otherwise established by contract, or federal, state or local law. <br />141.06 DIVISION OF FLEET <br />There is hereby established with the Department of Public Service a Division of Fleet. <br />The Division of Fleet shall be headed by, and there is hereby created, the position of Fleet <br />Manager. The Fleet Manager shall be a full-time employee appointed by the Director of Public <br />Service. <br />(a) Duties. The Fleet Manager shall be in charge of maintaining and repairing the <br />motorized vehicles and equipment of the various departments and divisions of the city. He shall <br />provide such other services and perform such other duties consistent with the position as may be <br />required by the Director. <br />(b) Employees. The staffing of the Division of Fleet is hereby established and is <br />reflected in the organizational chart for the Department of Public Service contained in Section <br />141.99(c), which, as it pertains to this division only, is incorporated herein as if fully rewritten. <br />The Mayor shall establish the compensation of all employees of the Division within the salary <br />ranges established by City Council, to the extent that such compensation is not otherwise <br />established by contract, or federal, state or local law. <br />
