(Repealed) <br />139.12 Additional duties of Safety Director. <br />139.01 COPIES OF REPORTS; CHARGES. <br />The Police Division is hereby authorized to make duplicate copies of accident <br />reports and other proper police material for the use of insurance companies, attorneys or <br />other proper persons. It shall charge its actual costs in reproducing such reports and other <br />material. Actual costs per page shall be determined by the Chief of Police. Actual costs <br />shall not include labor or Division overhead costs. All fees collected by the Police <br />Division shall be paid into the General Fund. <br />139.02 COPIES OF PHOTOGRAPHS; CHARGES. <br />The Police Division is authorized to use its photographic equipment at proper <br />times to make copies of official police photographic scenes, pictures or material, for the <br />use of insurance companies, attorneys or other proper persons. For each such photograph <br />reproduced, the division shall charge its actual costs to the requesting person. Actual <br />costs shall be determined by the Chief of Police. Actual costs shall not include labor or <br />Division overhead costs. All fees collected by the Division pursuant to this section shall <br />be paid into the General Fund. <br />139.03 PRISONER FEEDING FUND. <br />There is hereby established a petty cash fund in the amount of one hundred dollars <br />($100.00) to be known as the North Olmsted Prisoner Feeding Fund, which Fund shall be <br />a permanent fund replenished by the Finance Department as needed. <br />139.05 PARK AND RECREATION EMPLOYEES PAY GRADES AND <br />COMPENSATION. <br />Any employee of the Parks and Recreation Division, except as otherwise provided <br />by ordinance, shall be classified into pay grades by the Parks and Recreation <br />Commissioner, subject to confirmation by the Parks and Recreation Commission, <br />according to examination, reputation, experience, education and knowledge in his field of <br />specialty or undertaking. The compensation for the pay grades established shall be <br />determined by Council. <br />139.06 PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSIONER. <br />(a) There is hereby created the position of the Parks and Recreation <br />
