All inspectors may receive an Inspector Certification incentive equivalent to fifty cents ($.50) per hour <br />for a second State of Ohio license, and an additional twenty-five ($.25) cents per hour for a third such <br />license. <br />respective year. Salaries specified in this Ordinance shall be paid by the Director of Finance on a biweekly <br />basis. <br />Sectton 17: Fair Labor Standards Act ("ELBA")ICompensatorv f"Comp"1 Time That, upon approval of <br />the Mayor or respective Director, a1i full-time personnel listed within this Ordinance, except for those holding <br />Elected or Director positions, the Police Chief, the Fire Chief, and personnel determined by the City to be <br />exempt from the overtime provisions of the "ELBA", will be paid time and one-half their straight time rates of <br />pay for hours worked in excess of forty {40) hours in one work week, unless the Mayor or their respective <br />Director has established and implemented a comp time policy for such personnel that is not in conflict with <br />either the FLSA or Section 161.13 of the Administrative Code. Double time, or comp time if applicable, shall <br />be paid to said personnel for Sundays and Holidays provided they have worked at least forty {40) hours in the <br />said work week. <br />Page 6 of 8 <br />
