Wage 17.87 PH <br />Section 11: That all pay ranges and amounts established will be effective no earlier than January 1 st of the <br />respective year. Salaries specified in this Ordinance shall be paid by the Director of Finance on a biweekly basis. <br />Section 12: Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA")/Compensatorv ("Comp") Time That, upon approval of the <br />Mayor or respective Director, all full-time personnel listed within this Ordinance, except for those holding Elected or <br />Director positions, the Police Chief, the Fire Chief, and personnel determined by the City to be exempt from the <br />overtime provisions of the "FLSA", will be paid time and one-half their straight time rates of pay for hours worked in <br />excess of forty (40) hours in one work week, unless the Mayor or their respective Director has established and <br />implemented a comp time policy for such personnel that is not in conflict with either the FLSA or Section 161.13 of <br />the Administrative Code. Double time, or comp time if applicable, shall be paid to said personnel for Sundays and <br />Holidays provided they have worked at least forty (40) hours in the said work week. <br />Page 4 of 6
