All fees so collected shall be deposited into a <br />special fund set up for the Parks and Recreation Department and shall be exclusively devoted to the purpose of the <br />Parks and Recreation Department. <br />SECTION 7: The Commissioner of Parks and Recreation shall, from time to time, review the fee schedule <br />as set forth herein and recommend any changes which shall be deemed necessary along with reasons therefore to the <br />Recreation Committee of the City of North Olmsted.
